摘要
研究目标:考察中国私营企业治污投资对生产性投资的影响及其机制。研究方法:基于2006~2014年5次中国私营企业调查数据,采用工具变量法等进行回归分析。研究发现:控制其他条件不变,企业增加治污投资对生产性投资支出有显著的促进作用,其作用的机制是企业扩大原产品生产规模、新产品研发及新增投资三个渠道。企业治污投资对生产性投资的促进作用未受企业净利润率影响,并在规模大、成立时间长和工业部门的私营企业中产生了更大的促进效果,但在外资企业会削弱这种促进作用。研究创新:基于私营企业视角,考察了企业治污投资与生产性投资的因果关系。研究价值:有助于深入了解私营企业治污投资对企业生产运营产生的影响,为制定企业绿色发展的政策提供经验支撑。
Research Objectives:To investigate whether pollution control investment by Chinese private enterprises affects productive investment,as well as its influencing mechanism.ResearchMethods:Based on the data of five surveys of Chinese private enterprises from 2006 to 2014,the regression analysis is carried out by using the instrumental variable method.Research Findings:Other conditions remain unchanged,it is found that the investment in pollution control has a significant positive impact on other productive investment expenditure.The three mechanisms are the expansion of original product production scale,new product research and new investment.The promoting effect of enterprises’investment in pollution control on productive investment is not affected by the net profit margin of enterprises.In addition,heterogeneity analysis shows that in enterprises with larger scale,longer establishment years and belonging to industrial sector,the promoting effect of pollution control investment is greater,however,it is undermined in foreign-owned firms.Research Innovations:Based on the perspective of private enterprises,the causal relationship between pollution control investment and productive investment is investigated.Research Value:It is helpful to deeply understand the impact of pollution control investment on production and operation of private enterprises and provide empirical support for formulating policies to promote green development of private enterprises.
