摘要
目的:观察香荷疏健方联合行为干预疗法治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年11月深圳市中医院肝病科门诊及住院治疗的NAFLD患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例,共有79例患者完成治疗,治疗组41例,对照组38例。对照组给予行为疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予香荷疏健方治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后体质量指数、受控衰减参数、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖、尿酸低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、谷酰胺转肽酶、三酰甘油水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:香荷疏健方联合行为干预疗法可有效改善NAFLD患者糖代谢、脂代谢。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xianghe Shujian Decoction(香荷疏健方,XHSJD)combined with behavioral intervention therapy on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:A total of 90 cases of NAFLD patients treated in outpatient and inpatient department of Hepatology of Shenzhen Hospital of TCM from January 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.A total of 79 patients completed the treatment,41 cases in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group.The control group was given behavioral therapy,and the treatment group was additionally given NAFLD on the basis of the control group.Results:After the treatment,the body mass index,controlled attenuation parameters,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,blood glucose and uric acid in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,glutamine transpeptidase and triacylglycerol between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:XHSJF combined with behavioral intervention therapy can effectively improve glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in NAFLD patients.
