摘要
笔者根据长期跟诊以及对医案资料的学习,分析总结了胡敬宝主任对非酒精性脂肪肝的诊疗思路,胡主任认为肝郁脾虚、湿浊内蕴于肝是本病病机关键,本病病位在肝、脾,病理性质属本虚标实,病理因素是湿浊;治法当以疏肝理气、健脾化湿为主,胡主任自拟化湿消脂方紧扣病机,在临床上颇具疗效。
Based on long-term follow-up and the study of medical case data,the author analyzed and summarized Director Hu Jingbao’s diagnosis and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver.Director Hu believed that the key pathogenesis of the disease was liver depression and spleen deficiency,and dampness and turbidity,which were deposited in the liver.The pathological nature is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,The disease was located in the liver and spleen.The treatment method should be based on dredging the liver,regulating qi,strengthening the spleen and reducing dampness.Director Hu’s self-formulated formula for reducing dampness and reducing fat is closely related to the pathogenesis,which is quite effective in clinical practice.
