摘要
中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病在改善临床症状、生化指标及病理组织学方面具有明确的优势。该病病机属本虚标实,以脾虚为本,水、湿、痰、瘀聚于肝络为标。健脾治疗贯穿疾病始终,自拟健脾疏肝降脂方加减治疗,并配合饮食、运动及情志调摄,疗效满意。
Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver has definite advantages in improving clinical symptoms,biochemical indexes and histopathology.We believes that the pathogenesis of the disease is the standard of natural deficiency,which is based on spleen deficiency and characterized by the accumulation of water,dampness,phlegm and blood stasis in the liver collaterae.Jianpi treatment throughout the disease,and self-designed jianpi shugan jiangzhi prescription plus or minus treatment,and with diet,exercise and emotional adjustment,the effect is satisfactory.
