摘要
介绍高月求教授治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床经验。认为非酒精性脂肪性肝病的病位在肝,病机关键是脾失健运、痰浊沉积,久病及肾,终成脾肾亏虚、痰瘀互结之证,治疗时倡导从脾论治。临证以自拟方参葛方加减,配合饮食结构调整及运动指导等治疗,标本兼顾,疗效满意。并附验案1则。
This paper introduces Professor Gao Yueqiu’s clinical experience in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.It is believed that the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease lies in the liver.The key to the pathogenesis is the spleen failure in transportation,turbid phlegm deposition,chronic disease involving the kidney,finally resulting in the spleen and kidney deficiency,phlegm accumulation and blood stasis syndrome.It is suggested that the treatment should be based on the spleen.The clinical symptoms were treated with self-made Shenge formula,combined with diet adjustment and exercise guidance,and the curative effect was satisfactory.One proven case is presented.
