摘要
目的:探讨腕踝针联合作业治疗对痉挛型脑瘫患儿双手精细运动功能的治疗效果。方法:选取痉挛型脑瘫患儿60例,按就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组给予常规作业治疗,观察组在此基础上给予腕踝针针刺治疗,应用腕关节背伸关节活动度(AROM)、精细运动商(FMQ)和上肢肌张力(MAS)评估治疗效果。结果:治疗结束时对照组和观察组AROM、FMQ和MAS较治疗前均有不同程度改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:腕踝针联合作业治疗可有效改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿掌屈及双手精细运动功能,对上肢精细运动发育有促进意义。
Objective:To investigate the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with occupational therapy on fine motor function of hands in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:60 children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into the control group and the observation group according to registration order,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine operation treatment;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by AROM,FMQ and MAS.Results:After the treatment,the scores of AROM,FMQ and MAS were improved to different degrees in the control group and in the observation group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with occupational therapy can effectively improve the palmar flexion and fine motor function of hands in children with spastic cerebral palsy,and it can promote the development of fine motor of upper limbs.
