摘要
目的评价生物反馈疗法治疗儿童痉挛型脑性瘫痪对其运动姿势的改善作用.方法根据所纳入文献必须是随机对照试验、基线具有可比性及明确的诊断标准,制定了文献检索策略,检索万方数据库、CNKI、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed数据库,并根据Cochrane审稿人手册评估分析文献的质量.在严谨核定质量评价的基础上,采用StataSE12.0软件对纳入的文献实行分析及评价.结果生物刺激反馈疗法治疗组对患儿腓肠肌痉挛程度的改善(WMD=-0.740,95%CI:-0.811~-0.670,P=0.003),对粗大运动功能评分的改善D项(站立)功能评分(WMD=8.131,95%CI:6.872~9.390,P=0.656),E项(走、跑、攀登)功能评分(WMD=8.801,95%CI:7.539~10.063,P=0.631),均明显优于单纯康复训练的患儿.结论生物刺激反馈疗法治疗儿童痉挛型脑性瘫痪在临床方面有效,该方法可改善患儿的运动姿势,同时联合康复训练,效果更加显著.
Objective To evaluate the effect of biofeedback therapy on the improvement of exercise posture in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods Based on the criteria that the included literature must be randomized controlled trials,comparable at baseline and clear diagnosis,a literature search strategy was developed to search the Wanfang database,CNKI,China Biomedical Literature Database,and PubMed database,and to assess the quality of the analyzed literature according to the Cochrane Reviewer's Handbook.On the basis of rigorously approved quality evaluation,StataSE12.0 software is used to analyze and evaluate the included literature.Results The improvement in the degree of gastrocnemius spasticity(WMD=-0.740,95%CI:-0.811 to-0.670,P=0.003),the improvement in gross motor function scores D(standing)functional scores(WMD=8.131,95%CI:6.872-9.390,P=0.656),and E(walking,running,climbing)functional scores(WMD=8.801,95%CI:7.539-10.063,P=0.631)of children in the biostimulation feedback therapy treatment group were significantly better than those of children with rehabilitation training alone.Conclusion Biostimulation feedback therapy is clinically effective in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy.This method can improve the children's motor posture,and at the same time,combined with rehabilitation training,the effect is more significant.
