摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)是一种严重危害人类健康的慢性呼吸系统疾病,具有气道气流受限不完全可逆的特征。现有的西药不能改变COPD病程中肺功能进行性下降的趋势,中医药干预COPD临床效果已得到多数医家认可。本文就中医药干预COPD动物模型研究进展予以综述。
Objective:COPD is a chronic respiratory disease that seriously endangers human health,has characteristized by incompletely reversible airway restriction.The trend of progressive decline of lung function during the course of COPD cannot be changed by Western medicine,and the clinical effect of TCM on COPD has been approbated by most physicians.A review on TCM on COPD animal models was given in this article.
