摘要
目的 探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者应用中医辨证护理联合穴位按摩的临床效果。方法 70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用中医辨证护理联合穴位按摩。比较两组患者肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)]、中医证候积分、护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组患者FEV1/FVC(79.54±22.03)%、FEV1(2.32±0.79)L高于对照组的(68.68±22.06)%、(2.01±0.23)L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患者中医证候积分(2.01±0.26)分低于对照组的(6.68±0.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者非常满意率68.57%、护理总满意率97.14%均明显高于对照组的34.29%、74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医辨证护理联合穴位按摩可明显提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的护理满意度,改善肺功能指标和中医证候,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing combined with acupoint massage in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 70 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing combined with acupoint massage.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of lung function indicators[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)],traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the study group had FEV1/FVC of(79.54±22.03)%and FEV1 of(2.32±0.79)L,which were higher than(68.68±22.06)%and(2.01±0.23)L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the study group was(2.01±0.26)points,which was lower than(6.68±0.78)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the very satisfied rate was 68.57%and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing was 97.14%,which were significantly higher than 34.29%and 74.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing and acupoint massage can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction,improve lung function indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and is worthy of promotion and application.
