摘要
【目的】了解大肠杆菌在甘肃省永昌县舍饲绵羊乳腺组织中的感染情况及其耐药性.【方法】采集甘肃省永昌县某舍饲绵羊养殖场临床型乳房炎患羊乳样,鲜血琼脂平板、麦康凯琼脂平板以及伊红美兰琼脂平板进行大肠杆菌的分离、纯化,微量生化试验及16s rRNA序列分析鉴定分离菌株.动物试验检测分离大肠杆菌的致病性,纸片法对其进行药物敏感试验.【结果】在16份临床型乳房炎患羊的乳样中共分离、鉴定得到2株大肠杆菌;动物试验表明2株大肠杆菌均具有致病性;药敏试验结果表明2株大肠杆菌均对卡那霉素、新霉素、阿米卡星、氯霉素和庆大霉素高度敏感,对万古霉素、青霉素G和氨苄西林低度敏感甚至不敏感.【结论】大肠杆菌是引起当地绵羊乳房炎的病原菌之一,且分离的大肠杆菌对多种常用抗生素产生耐药性.
【Objective】To understand the infection and antibiotic resistance of E.coli in the mammary gland tissues of sheep raised in houses in Yongchang County of Gansu.【Method】The sheep milk samples were collected from a sheep with clinical mastitis.Blood AGAR plate,McConkey AGAR plate and eichengreen AGAR plate were used to isolate and purify of E.coli.Micro biochemical test and 16s rRNA sequence analysis were used to identify isolated strains.Animal experiments were used to detect the pathogenicity of isolated strains.Paper method was used to assay antibiotic sensitivity.【Result】Two strains of E.coli was isolated and identified from 16 milk samples.Animal experiments showed that both strains of E.coli were pathogenic.The results of antibiotic sensitivity tests showed that both strains of E.coli was highly sensitive to kanamycin,neomycin,amikacin,chloramphenicol and gentamicin,and was less or not sensitive to vancomycin,penicillin G and ampicillin.【Conclusion】E.coli is one of the major pathogens causing local sheep mastitis,and the isolated strains are resistant to many commonly used antibiotics.
