摘要
目的比较不同产地、不同动物血源配制的传统巧克力琼脂和改良巧克力琼脂对流感嗜血杆菌(Haemophilus influenzae)生长的影响。方法对流感嗜血杆菌在不同产地、不同动物血源制备的传统巧克力琼脂平板与添加辅酶Ⅰ和混合动物血的改良巧克力琼脂平板的生长情况进行对比测试。结果流感嗜血杆菌在不同动物血制备的巧克力琼脂上的生长差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三种动物血源中以兔血最优、羊血次之,马血最差;若把兔血按1%、5%、10%的比例与羊血混合,流感嗜血杆菌的生长与在单独动物血制备的巧克力琼脂上的生长比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在不同动物血源的传统巧克力琼脂中添加辅酶Ⅰ2 mg/100 ml后,流感嗜血杆菌的生长均明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用兔血制备巧克力琼脂效果最优,添加辅酶Ⅰ可促进流感嗜血杆菌的生长。
Objective To compare the effects of traditional chocolate agar medium prepared with different animal blood from different areas and modified chocolate agar medium on haemophilus influenza growth. Methods The traditional chocolate agar prepared with different animal blood from different areas was compared with modified chocolate agar medium with eoenzyme I and mix animal blood for the impact on haemophilus influenza growth. Results There was significant difference in the growth of haemophilus influenza on chocolate agar medium prepared with different animal blood( P 〈 0.05 ). The growth of haemophilus in- fluenza on chocolate agar medium prepared with rabbit blood was the best, followed by sheep blood, while horse blood is the worst. When mixing the sheep blood with 1% , 5% , 10% rabbit blood on chocolate agar medium respectively, there was no significant difference between the growth of haemophilus influenza on chocolate agar medium with mixing blood and single blood (P 〉 0.05 ). But adding coenzyme 1 2 mg/10Oml respectively to the traditional chocolate agar with different animal blood, the growth of haemophilus influenza were all promoted obviously, and there was significant difference among them ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Traditional chocolate agar made of rabbit blood is optimum for huemophilus influenza growth, and adding coenzyme I can promotehaemophilus influenza growth better.
