摘要
教师教育是国民教育体系的"母机",在国民教育体系中占据着十分重要的地位。进入新时代,人民日益增长的高质量教育需要和不平衡的教师教育发展之间的矛盾是制约教师教育向高水平、高质量迈进的关键。新时代的教师教育,需要顺应基础教育发展的时代特征,从而更加充分和全面地彰显教育的本性,体现教育的人文性和科学性。为此,教师教育的改革和发展,应该准确把握其学科特征,充分认识其专业性和鲜明的学术品格,在观念上、机制上、管理方式上创新,进而将其质量和水平提升到更高层次。
Teacher education is the"Base Machine"of the national education system and plays a very important role in the national education system.In the new era,the contradiction between the people’s increasing needs for high-quality teacher education and the development of unbalanced teacher education is the key to restricting the advancement of teacher education to a high level and high quality,which fully demonstrate the nature of education,reflect its humanity and science.It is necessary to accurately grasp its disciplinary characteristics,fully understand its professionalism and distinctive academic character,and innovate in concepts,mechanisms,and management methods,and further improve its quality,making a higher level.
