摘要
教师教育作为教育事业发展的“工作母机”,为教育工作的实施、教育质量的提高和教育事业的持续发展提供最基本的动力保障。教师教育是一个由多种要素构成的、相互联系且相互作用的统一体,是一个具有多元结构、动态发展的复杂系统。从系统性思维与过程性思维来看,教师教育的本质体现在三个方面:它是基于对教师工作价值认识的不断深入和教育内容的不断拓展而构建的混合交叉系统,以道德伦理为本,以知识技能为主;它是适应社会发展需求的持续创新系统,为适应社会需求与促进教师专业发展而不断创新;它是助力教师职业生涯与专业发展的支持系统,服务于教师的终身学习。教师教育的基本特征主要表现为教育主体的多样性、教育对象的自主性、教育过程的互动性、教育活动的人文性。从教师教育发展逻辑来看,未来教师教育应注重培养模式的多样化、培养过程的一体化、培养目标的特色化、培养主体的多元化。
As the "work machine" for the development of education, teacher education provides the most basic power guarantee for the implementation of education, the improvement of education quality, and the sustainable development of education. Teacher education is a unity composed of various elements, which are interconnected and interact with each other, and a complex system with multiple structures and dynamic development. From the perspective of systematic thinking and procedural thinking, teacher education is, essentially, a hybrid system constructed based on the continuous enrichment of teachers’ connotation and the constant expansion of educational content, which puts morals and ethics first, and gives priority to knowledge and skills;It is an insistent innovation system that meets the needs of social development, and constantly upgrades to meet social needs and promote the professional development of teachers;It is a lifelong education system that assists teachers’ career planning and professional growth, and serves the lifelong learning of teachers. The basic characteristics of teacher education are mainly manifested in the diversity of educational subjects, the autonomy of educational objects, the interaction of educational processes, and the humanity of educational activities. From the perspective of teacher education development logic, teacher education of the future should focus on the inclusiveness and diversification of training models, the synergy and integration of the training process, the professionalism and characteristics of training goals, and the autonomy and diversification of participants.
