职业学校教师对“课程思政”所持态度的调查研究 被引量:4

Investigation of Teachers’Attitudes towards“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”in Vocational Schools

摘要 通过问卷调查的方式,调查了职业学校212名专业课教师和综合素养课教师对“课程思政”实施的看法。调查结果显示,职业学校对“课程思政”的重视程度较高,大多数教师对“课程思政”有所了解,也尝试过相关实践,觉得理念很好,希望通过参加“课程思政”的培训提升相应的教学能力。在此基础上,提出了职业学校推进“课程思政”实施的建议,包括加强教师培养培训、修订人才培养方案、整合思政教育资源、形成实施保障机制等措施。 Through questionnaires,we surveyed 212 professional course teachers and comprehensive literacy course teachers in vocational schools about their views on the implementation of“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”.The survey results show that vocational schools attach great importance to“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”,and most teachers have an understanding of“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”and have tried relevant practices and they hope to improve the corresponding teaching ability by participating in the“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”training.On this basis,suggestions were put forward for vocational schools to promote the implementation of“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”,including strengthening teacher training,revising talent training programs,exploring teaching resources and forming a working mechanism.
