摘要
为缓解甘薯连作障碍、提高土地产能,采用田间试验的方法,研究甘薯玉米间作对土壤与作物的影响,以探讨该栽培条件下土壤理化性质、生物学特性和产量优势的变化特点及其相互关系。结果表明,甘薯玉米间作促进了根系对土壤速效养分的吸收利用,提高了土壤中的有机质含量,其中,甘薯玉米间作处理土壤有机质含量较单作甘薯、单作玉米处理分别显著增加了5.76%、12.37%;与单作甘薯处理相比,甘薯玉米间作处理提高了磷酸酶活性、土壤呼吸强度,降低了脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性;甘薯玉米间作处理土地当量比为1.12,具有产量优势,种间相对竞争力为-0.26,甘薯种间竞争力弱于玉米。相关性分析结果表明,甘薯产量与土壤速效磷、速效钾、有机质含量和碱性磷酸酶活性呈正相关。可见,甘薯玉米间作对甘薯生长发育和土壤状况有着明显的改善作用。
To alleviated the obstacle of sweet potato continuous cropping,improve the land productivity,through the method of field experiment,effects of sweet potato and maize intercropping on soil and crops were studied,to explore the change characteristics of soil physical and chemical properties,biological characteristics and yield advantage under the cultivation conditions and their relationship.The results showed that the sweet potato and maize intercropping promoted the absorption and utilization of soil available nutrients by roots,and increased the content of organic matter in soil.Among them,the soil organic matter content of sweet potato and maize intercropping was significantly higher 5.76%and 12.37%than that of single cropping sweet potato and maize,respectively.Compared with the single cropping sweet potato treatment,sweet potato and maize intercropping increased phosphatase activity and soil respiration intensity,but decreased the activity of urease and catalase.The land equivalent ratio of sweet potato and maize intercropping was 1.12,which had yield advantage,and the interspecific competitiveness was-0.26,and the interspecific competitiveness of sweet potato was weaker than that of maize.The correlation analysis result showed that the yield of sweet potato was positively correlated with soil available P,K,organic matter content and alkaline phosphatase activity.It will be seen from this that the sweet potato intercropping maize can significantly improve the growth and soil condition of sweet potato.
