摘要
为完善商薯12号的高效栽培措施,采用田间试验方法,研究不同扦插方式对商薯12号结薯习性和商品薯率等的影响。结果表明,在薯块干物质占比方面,斜栽和平栽分别比直栽高7.6%,12.3%,差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);在鲜薯干物率方面,平栽处理的干物率最高,总体表现为平栽>斜栽>直栽,平栽较斜栽、直栽分别提高了7.69%,8.86%;平栽的单株结薯数、单株分支数最高,直栽的T/R值是平栽的2.3倍;直栽的产量显著低于斜栽和平栽,平栽的商品薯率高于直栽和斜栽8.33%,33.33%,差异达到显著水平(P<0.05)。可见,不同扦插方式对甘薯的生长发育有着较大的影响。研究结果可为甘薯合理选择扦插方式提供科学依据。
To consummate the effective cultivation measures of Shangshu 12,the field experiment was used to study the effects of different cutting methods on the habit and the rate of commercial sweet potato of Shangshu 12.The results showed that in the proportion of dry matter of potato block,the oblique and flat planting was 7.6%and 12.3%higher than that of direct planting,and the difference reached significant level(P<0.05).In the fresh dry matter rate,dry matter of flat planting processing was the highest,the overall performance was flat planting>oblique planting>direct planting.The flat planting was 7.69%and 8.86%higher than that of the oblique and direct plants.The number of single plant and the branch number of single plant were the highest,and the T/R value of direct planting was 2.3 times that of flat planting.The yield of direct planting was significantly lower than that of inclined planting and flat planting.The rate of commercial sweet potato in flat planting was 8.33%and 33.33%higher than that of direct and oblique planting.The difference reached a significant level(P<0.05).It could be seen that different cutting methods had a great influence on the growth and development of sweet potato.The results will provide a scientific basis for the rational selection of sweet potato cuttage.
