摘要
目的:观察中药熏蒸联合中医护理方案对脑出血后偏瘫患者步行能力及肢体功能的影响。方法:选取2017年8月~2019年8月期间本院收治的脑出血后偏瘫患者80例,利用简单随机抽样法将入选患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组给予常规干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上应用中药熏蒸联合中医护理方案,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组总有效率(97.50%)明显高于对照组(85.00%)(P<0.05);观察组干预后运动功能、平衡能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),肢体痉挛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后步幅明显大于对照组(P<0.05),步速明显快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合中医康复护理方案对脑出血后偏瘫患者干预效果良好,能有效改善患者步行能力及肢体功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of herbal fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing scheme on walking ability and limb function of hemiplegia patients after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Eighty hemiplegia patients after cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to the hospital from August 2017to August 2019were enrolled.They were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group by simple random sampling method,40cases in each group.The controlled group was given intervention measures,while the observation group was given herbal fumigation and TCM nursing scheme on basis of the controlled group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(97.50%vs 85.00%)(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of motor function and balance ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05),while score of limb spasm was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After intervention,stride in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the controlled group(P<0.05),and pace was significantly faster than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of herbal fumigation and TCM nursing scheme is good on hemiplegia patients after cerebral hemorrhage,which can effectively improve their walking ability and limb function.
