摘要
目的探讨行动研究法理论为基础的中医护理干预在预防脊柱侧凸患者术后晕厥中的应用效果。方法回顾性研究2016年12月—2017年12月实施矫形手术治疗的脊柱侧凸患者80例,按术后护理方法的不同分为对照组(n=37,接受常规护理)及观察组(n=43,在对照组护理基础上接受行动研究法理论为基础的中医护理干预),观察比较两组患者术后晕厥情况、术后一般情况以及护理服务满意度。结果(1)观察组患者晕厥前兆比例及晕厥比例均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者术后离床时间、首次自行排尿时间、首次自行排便时间均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组患者护理服务满意度各项评分均显著高于对照组评分(P<0.05)。结论行动研究法理论的中医护理干预在预防脊柱侧凸患者术后晕厥中的效果显著,可降低患者术后晕厥发生率,提升护理服务满意度,促进术后康复,值得在临床工作中推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of TCM nursing intervention based on action research theory in the prevention of postoperative syncope for patients with scoliosis.Methods A retrospective study was made of 80 patients with scoliosis treated in our hospital between December,2016 and December,2017,and were divided into the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=43).The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received TCM nursing intervention based on action research theory apart from conventional nursing.A comparison was made between the two groups in postoperative syncope,postoperative general condition and nursing service satisfaction.Results(1)The proportion of patients with syncope omen and syncope in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);(2)For the observation group,the time of leaving bed after operation,the time of first urination and the time of first defecation were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);(3)the scores of nursing service satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM nursing intervention based on action research theory is significantly effective in the prevention of postoperative syncope for scoliosis patients,can reduce the incidence of postoperative syncope,improve nursing service satisfaction,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and it is worthy of wide clinical application.
