内置管线的小净空清水混凝土空腔双墙施工关键技术

摘要 武汉市琴台美术馆项目其墙体和屋面为清水混凝土饰面效果,为保证整体美观,建筑设计要求馆内设备管线不外露,因此采取空腔双墙以方便设备管线的竖向穿行。基于其设计特点,研发一种可单侧加固的内侧模板体系,探索一种预留"C字口"空腔单侧优先施工方法,解决了内置管线小净空清水混凝土空腔双墙内侧模板难以加固及拆除的难题,经现场实施后满足设计和施工质量要求,并总结出一套施工技术。 The walls and roofs are finished with fair-faced concrete in Qintai Art Museum project in Wuhan.The architectural design requires the equipment and piping in the museum to be prevented from being exposed to secure overall aesthetics,hence hollowed double walls are adopted for convenience of vertical passage of equipment and piping.Based on the design features of Qintai Art Museum project,this which paper introduces a type of interor formwork system reinforced on one side,investigates a one-side prioritized construction method for reserved“C-shaped opening”hollow,which solves the difficulties in strengthening and removing the formwork for hollowed double walls of small clearance fair-faced concrete with built-in piping,meets design and construction quality requirements after the implementation on site.This paper summarizes a set of construction technology.
