摘要
港珠澳大桥珠海口岸工程清水混凝土工程体量大,单面墙体长度长、高度高,而本工程外脚手架采用落地式钢管脚手架。根据规范要求,钢管脚手架连墙件必将出现在清水混凝土外墙上,但若连墙件设计不当,将直接导致脚手架失稳或清水混凝土墙饰面效果达不到要求。通过三维设计与现场模拟试验,研制一种新型清水混凝土墙外脚手架连墙件,保证脚手架不发生倾覆的同时也达到清水混凝土墙饰面效果。
The construction of fair-faced concrete of the Zhuhai Port of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge has a large volume and a long wall. The scaffold of this project adopts the steel tubular scaffold with couplers. According to the requirements of the code,the tie members shall be placed on the fair-faced concrete wall. However,if the tie members are not set properly,it will directly affect the instability of the scaffold or the decorative effect of the fair-faced concrete wall and cannot meet the requirements. In this paper,through three-dimensional design and field simulation experiment, a new type of scaffold connected with the wall outside the fair-faced concrete wall is developed to ensure that the scaffold does not occur transverse bending instability or overturning,and at the same time achieves the effect of fairfaced concrete wall finish.
