摘要
上海北横通道隧道段(海宁路)施工现场条件错综复杂、施工空间较小、平纵曲线复杂,基于绿色循环施工的理念,设计了适宜于长距离地下通道侧墙结构施工的装配式钢模板体系。该体系具有轻量化、标准化、便捷化的特点。有限元分析结果表明:该体系受力合理,满足施工工况要求。
The construction conditions of Shanghai North Cross Passage tunnel section(Haining Road)are complex with small construction space and complex horizontal and vertical curves.Based on the concept of green cycle construction,a fabricated steel formwork system is designed for side wall construction of long-distance underground passage.The system is characterized by light weight,standardization and convenience,and the results of finite element analysis indicate that the force of the system is reasonable and meets the requirements of construction working conditions.
