摘要
通过某工程实例,采用木胶合板WISA模板浇注墙、柱清水混凝土。清水混凝土墙面仅设蝉缝,不设明缝,WISA板螺栓孔设在板中间,与之配合使用的国产板孔位设在边缘;外墙上下模板接缝处做到不漏浆。采用现场拼装及系统模板提升安装模板,系统模板无需吊车吊装,以层为单元,外墙系统模板每隔3.0m设一手拉葫芦或滑轮组,同步提升,此方法保证了清水混凝土的施工质量。
Combining with some engineering illustration, wood plywood board and WISA board are used as formwork in fair-faced concrete walls and columns. Hairy joints are developed on fair-faced concrete wall merely, but not on-purpose joints. Screw holes in the WISA board match with China made boards which locates the holes on the edges. The joints between the upper and lower formwork for external wall can accomplish watertight effect. On-site installation method and systematically lifting method are adopted to install formwork. It does not need any crane hoisting. As for the external wall, systematic formwork can be lifted simultaneously by applying manpowered chain blocks at the interval of three meters in every layer. Construction quality of fair-faced concrete is ensured.
