摘要
进入21世纪的今天,贫困问题依然是全球范围内各国人民共同面对的最大挑战之一。在对贫困与反贫困相关文献进行系统性、综合性分析的基础上,梳理学术研究在贫困及其成因、反贫困政策与措施、反贫困政策的实施机制等三个方面取得的研究进展;从反贫困实践困境及提出的问题出发,分析目前研究的不足,并从贫困性质动态演变的视角,可以看出,贫困与反贫困领域进一步的研究需要从贫困的维度与测度、纠正片面性、局限性、多学科融合以及提高研究的规范程度上下工夫,并以马克思主义方法论为指导,提升马克思主义中国化的研究水平。
In the 21st century,poverty is still the biggest challenge for people around the world.Based on the systematic and comprehensive analysis of the documents concerning poverty and fighting poverty,the article has sorted out the academic achievements in poverty and its causes,policies and measures of fighting poverty,and the implementation mechanism of fighting poverty policies.Starting with the dilemmas and problems in the practice of fighting poverty,the article analyzes the insufficiency of the current researches.From the perspective of the dynamic evolution of poverty nature,the further study of this very field should focus on the dimension and measures of poverty,the correction of partiality and limitations,multi-discipline integration and the enhancement of research standardization.The study should be guided by the Marxist methodology to enhance the research of the sinicization of Marxism.
