摘要
"课程超市"以课程为管理单位,是一种运用"商品超市"经营理念,由学校提供"课程库"、学生自主"选购"课程,最终根据学生课程学习结果进行"结算"和"支付"并授予学生相应专业学历证书的课程组织模式。"课程超市"主要由学生、教职工、课程三部分构成,具有开放性、丰富性和自主性等特点。首先,"课程超市"通过采用"职业-课程-教学-专业"的课程组织运行路径,实行模块化课程设计和管理,提高高职教育与劳动力市场之间的紧密性,彰显高职教育的特殊性。其次,"课程超市"通过灵活自由的课程组织形式,在选择课程内容、学习时间、学习方式上赋予学生最大自主权,满足不同学生的学习需求,促进高职学生个性化学习。最后,"课程超市"通过实现各专业之间、学历证书与职业技能等级证书之间以及学历教育与社会培训之间相似或相同课程学习成果的认定、转换和积累,提高高职教育的沟通衔接性。
Curriculum supermarkettakes curriculum as the managed unit and uses the concept of“commodity supermarket”,that is,colleges provide“course library”and students“purchase”courses independently.Colleges settle accounts and pay credits for students’learning outcomes,and grant professional academic certificates to students.“Curriculum supermarket”mainly consists of students,teachers and courses,and it has the characteristics of openness,richness and autonomy,which is of great significance for higher vocational education to highlight the characteristics of vocational education,promote personalized.Firstly,“curriculum supermarket”is advantageous to implement modularized curriculum design and management,improve the closeness between higher vocational education and labor market.Secondly,curriculum supermarket is advantageous to endow students with maximum autonomy in choice of learning contents,learning time and learning methods.Finally,curriculum supermarket is advantageous to improve the communication and cohesion of higher vocational education by recognition,transformation and accumulation of similar learning outcomes gained from different background.
