摘要
为了比较研究不同产地地参中的糖类物质,分析其含量分布规律,以葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸显色法于490 nm波长处测定10批不同产地地参中总糖和可溶性多糖的含量;3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)显色法于520 nm波长处测定其还原糖的含量。结果显示:10批不同产地地参样品中,总糖含量介于39.62%~51.20%之间,平均含量为46.14%;可溶性多糖含量为15.80%~21.98%,平均含量为18.10%;还原糖含量为1.27%~3.83%,平均含量2.54%。总糖以云南腾冲含量最高,以江苏宿迁含量最低;可溶性多糖以江苏沛县的含量最高,重庆万州最低;在还原糖方面,以重庆万州产地的含量最高,云南大理含量较低;从3种糖类物质的内在结构比上看,云南、广西等南方产区结构比更为接近,能很好的聚为一类,北方产区的江苏、山东和西南产区的重庆万州一致性较好。综上所述,不同产地地参中总糖、可溶性多糖和还原糖的含量及其组成结构比上存在差异,且差异规律与产地的地域位置存在关联。
In this study,we had compared the saccharide substances in Lycopus lucidus var.hirtus Regel from different habitats,and analyzed the distribution about sugar content in it.With glucose as the control substance,Phenol-Sulfuric acid colorimetry was used to determine the total sugar and soluble polysaccharide content at 490 nm wavelength in ten L.lucidus var.hirtus from different habitats,DNS method was used to determine the reducing sugar content at 520 nm wavelength.The results showed that the total sugar content was between 39.62%and 51.20%,and the average was 46.14%.The soluble polysa ccharide content ranged from 15.80%to 21.98%with the average was 18.10%.The content of reducing sugar was 1.27%-3.83%with an average content of 2.54%.The content of total sugar was highest in Tengchong,Yunan and lowest in Suqian,Jiangsu.The soluble polysaccharide level was the highest in Peixian,Jiangsu while the lowest in Wanzhou,Chongqing.In terms of reducing sugar,the content of Wanzhou,Chongqing was the highest,while Dali,Yunnan was the lowest.From the structure ratio of the three sugar substances,the structure ratio of the southern habitats such as Yunnan and Guangxi was more similar and could be well grouped into one group.The consistency of Jiangsu and Shandong in the north and Wanzhou,Chongqing in the southwest was good.To sum up,there were differences in different habitats about the contents and structure ratio of total sugar,soluble polysaccharide and reducing sugar in L.lucidus var.hirtus,and the law of difference was related to the geographical location of producing areas.
