摘要
基于对三全育人教育要求实现流程的分析,文章指出了当前高职院校班主任的就业服务工作问题,在实际研究过程中,为使班主任就业服务工作水平大幅度提高,首先分析了三全育人教育工作的要求,借助的方法是分析三全育人工作的内涵,并分析了高职教育工作的侧重点,其次讨论了目前高职院校班主任工作的现状,明确了在学生培养中存在的工作缺陷,最后在分析工作缺位原因的基础上,提出了针对各类问题的解决方法。
Based on the analysis of the realization process of the"three whole education",this paper points out the employment service problems of the homeroom teachers in higher vocational colleges.In order to greatly improve the level of homerooms teachers'employment services in the actual research process,it firstly analyzes the requirement of"three whole education"by analyzing the connotation of the concept and the work emphasis of higher vocational education.It then discusses the current status of the homeroom teachers'work in higher vocational colleges and clarifies the existing defects in the student training work.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the reasons for the absence of work,solutions to various problems are proposed.
