摘要
大数据、物联网、云计算等新一代信息技术的发展对信息管理与信息系统专业拔尖创新人才培养提出了新的需求。文章立足于新一代信息技术建设背景,顺应拔尖创新人才培养要求,结合管理信息系统发展视角下的信管专业人才需求变化,有针对性地提出了信息管理与信息系统专业拔尖创新人才培养模式。该培养模式主要包括"知识-能力-素质"构建、个性化人才培养、科教融合培养、产教融合培养、"创意-创新-创业"培养等内容。
The development of new generation of information technology such as big data, Internet of Things, and cloud computing urgently requires the top-notch innovative talents in information management and information system specialty. Under the background of the development of new generation of information technology, conforming to the requirements for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents, this paper analyzes the requirements of information management professionals from the perspective of the development of management information systems, and puts forward the training model of top-notch innovative talents in the information management and information system specialty. This training model is established based on the construction of "knowledge, capacity and quality", individualized talents cultivation, integration of science and education, integration of industry and education, and the educational system of "creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship".
