我国区域创新生态系统共生性分类评价 被引量:14

A Classified Evalution of Symbiosis of Regional Innovation Ecosystem in China

摘要 准确识别、判断区域创新生态系统共生性并推动其共生式发展,是区域创新获得健康持续发展的重要条件。基于Lotka-Volterra模型,在揭示区域创新生态系统研发创新、应用生产与商业化种群互动共生规律的基础上,构建共生关系指数与共生水平指数模型,利用我国内地30个省区市相关数据,综合共生水平指数和共生关系指数,对我国区域创新生态系统共生性进行分类评价并提出优化对策。研究结果表明:①我国研发创新活动与应用生产活动间互动态势最优,应用生产活动与商业化活动间互动态势最差;②我国区域创新生态系统整体共生性态势恶劣,除广东、上海、湖南为互惠共生外,其余省市创新生态均呈寄生与反向抗生型,且不同省市共生水平差距悬殊。基于此,提出应切实提高研发创新效率,不断提升应用生产综合能力,持续拓展商业化宽度与深度,深入推进三者同步协调与有效对接,这是弱势地区提升创新生态共生性的核心路径。 Accurately identifying the symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem and promoting its symbiotic development is an important condition for the healthy and sustainable development of regional innovation.On the basis of revealing the interactive symbiosis law based on Lotka-Volterra model among R&D innovation,applied production and commercialization populations of regional innovation ecosystem,using the grey estimation method for model processing,constrcting the symbiosis relationship index and symbiosis level index model,combined with the relevant data of 30 provinces,the classified evalution results and countermeasures of symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem in China are provided in this paper.The result shows that,the interaction between R&D innovation activities and application production activities is the best in China,while the interaction between application production activities and commercialization activities is the worst.The symbiosis status of regional innovation ecosystem is poor in China,except Guangdong,Shanghai and Hunan which are in the stage of reciprocal symbiosis,the remaining provinces are in the stage of parasitism and reverse antibiosis,and the gap in symbiotic development between different provinces is very wide.To effectively improve the efficiency of R&D and innovation,to continuously enhance the comprehensive ability of applied production,to expand the breadth and depth of commercialization,and further to promote the simultaneous and coordinated development among them,are the core paths for enhancing the symbiosis of innovation ecosystem in the vulnerable regions.
