摘要
创新体系理论经历了由1.0线性创新范式(封闭式创新)到2.0创新体系范式(开放式创新),再到3.0创新生态系统范式(嵌入/共生式创新)的转变。随着营商环境的快速变化、任务的复杂性和不确定性增加,微观层面的企业创新生态系统理论和实践受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。全球一些领先企业(苹果、IBM、海尔等)纷纷建立以企业为中心的动态开放性创新生态系统。Citespace被广泛应用于文献的可视化分析,能够有效识别研究前沿领域的本质和新趋势。利用Citespace对国内外2002—2019年间相关文献进行回顾和梳理,通过文献关键词频次分析研判了当前企业创新生态系统的研究热点;基于关键词共被引聚类图谱识别了国内外对于企业创新生态系统的研究主题和演变趋势。在此基础上,从企业创新生态系统的不同研究视角出发,结合近年来创新生态系统理论在实践中的应用情况,对未来企业创新生态系统的研究进行展望。最后得出结论:(1)国内外对企业创新生态系统的研究侧重不同。(2)国内外对企业创新生态系统的细分和研究前沿不同。(3)企业创新生态系统结构的研究需要结合多案例开展。(4)企业创新生态系统的构建需要重视影响系统的相关能力。(5)企业创新生态系统相关能力的培养与能力的实现途径有关。
In the government work report of the state council in 2019,it is proposed to vigorously optimize the innovation ecology and mobilize the enthusiasm of various innovation subjects,which provides a guiding direction for theoretical research of enterprise innovation ecosystem.Some of the world’s leading enterprises have introduced new innovation paradigms and established dynamic and open innovation ecosystems.Through active resource sharing and information interaction with other members of the system,these enterprises have produced many innovations that are influential in the industry.It not only improves the growth potential and innovation ability of their own business,but also creates value for consumers and wins the market competitive advantage.From the academic perspective,since Moore and Adner laid the theoretical foundation for the innovation ecosystem,scholars at home and abroad have paid much attention to this field and many beneficial research results have emerged.However,as the rate of change increases and our understanding of change deepens,the existing research literature is relatively scattered and lacks a common knowledge base about the research of enterprise innovation ecosystem.In recent years,there is a lack of timely and systematic sorting out of the research status,evolution trend and research gap.It restricts the further improvement and development of the theory of its construction and coordination and inevitably reduces its positive role in the practical environment.In this context,this study aims to systematically discuss the literature status,knowledge evolution,opportunities and trends of the research on enterprise innovation ecosystem at home and abroad.It adopts quantitative measurement and qualitative review method.Firstly,it is the basis on the theme of enterprise innovation ecosystem from the database of CNKI and Web of Science,and obtains the data pools including 874 literatures at home and abroad from 2002 to 2019.Then it uses Citespace as the visual analysis tool to identify the essence and new trends of research frontiers,and analyzes the current research hot topics of enterprise innovation ecosystem through the frequency analysis of key words in the literature.Secondly,According to the analysis of the importance of key words,that is,the emergence and centrality of the key words,it compares the research emphases of enterprise innovation ecosystem at home and abroad.Thirdly,based on the cluster map of keyword co-cited,the research topic and evolution trend of enterprise innovation ecosystem at home and abroad are identified.On this basis,through the analysis of literature measurement results,the research frontier and hot issues as well as the obvious gaps in key areas are identified.Starting from different research perspectives of the enterprise innovation ecosystem,based on the retrieved literature data pool,this paper selects the representative emerging case study literature in recent five years at home and abroad,and combines the application of the innovation ecosystem theory in practice.Then it deduces the future research opportunities.On the one hand,the main contribution of the research is to summarize the emerging topics of the research through the importance analysis of key words,which can be used to determine the future research direction and management impact.It uses quantitative research to track the evolution of a subject at a specific time.On the otherhand,the analysis captures different research trends and common research topics,such as modularization,disruptive innovation,dynamic capability,ecological niche and so on.The result shows first,there are different emphases on the research of enterprise innovation ecosystem at home and abroad.Second,there are different subdivisions and research frontiers of enterprise innovation ecosystem at home and abroad.Third,the research on the structure of enterprise innovation ecosystem needs to be carried out with multiple cases.Fourth,the construction of enterprise innovation ecosystem needs to attach importance to the related ability that affects the system.Finally,the cultivation of the ability of enterprise innovation ecosystem is related to the realization of the ability.
