摘要
“一带一路”背景下中医药文化“走出去”成为必然。中医药文化要“走出去”就必须解决中医名词术语标准化问题和中医药翻译人才培养语种单一、小语种人数不足、外语教育与中医药专业培养结合度不紧密的问题。政府应该牵头制定、推行具有中国话语权的中医名词术语(外语)标准;中医药院校应该与外语院校优势互补,合作建立外语语种健全、中医翻译人才数量可观的人才培养体系;调动各方力量,积极作为,推动中医药翻译事业的发展。中国文化在“一带一路”沿线影响力、感染力、号召力的不断扩大,进一步推动了中医药文化在“一带一路”沿线国家的传播。
In the context of the“One Belt,One Road”Initiative,it has become an inevitable trend for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)to“go out”,for which it is necessary to solve a series of problems such as the lack of standardization of TCM terminology,insufficient kinds of languages in cultivating TCM translation talents,insufficient number of minority languages,and poor integration between foreign language education and TCM professional training.Hence,the government should take the lead in formulating and setting the standards of TCM Terminology(foreign language)with Chinese discourse power,establish and improve the training system of TCM translation talents,mobilize all forces and factors to actively promote the development of TCM translation;TCM colleges and universities and foreign language colleges and universities should complement with each other to give full play to their advantages,and jointly cultivate TCM translation talents of diverse languages.
