摘要
基于脱发的临床病症特点,通过查阅脱发的相关文献,整理分析并建立脱发的西医诊断标准与中医诊断辨证标准,总结脱发动物模型的造模方法和模型特点。分析其与中西医临床病症特点的吻合度及优缺点,发现现有脱发动物模型在一定程度上能够揭示出脱发的相应机制,与西医临床病症吻合度较高。模型特征缺乏中医证候的体现,疾病与证候关联性不强,将中医证的模型与西医病的模型相结合是日后努力的方向。
Based on the clinical characteristics of alopecia,the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine were sorted out and analyzed by consulting the relevant literature of alopecia,and the methods of animal establishment and model characteristics of alopecia animal model were summarized. The advantages,disadvantages and the coincidence degree with the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and western medicine were analyzed. It was found that the existing alopecia animal model could reveal the corresponding mechanism of alopecia to a certain extent,and had a high degree of coincidence with the clinical symptoms of western medicine. The characteristics of the model lack the embodiment of TCM syndrome,and the correlation between disease and syndrome is not strong. It is necessary to establish an animal model of alopecia,the combination of Chinese medicine with western medicine is the direction of future efforts.
