摘要
边境村寨振兴在我国乡村振兴战略中具有重要意义。村寨精英和民众的流失成为边境村寨乡村振兴的现实难题,具体表现在边民在乡村振兴实践中缺席或集体失语,村寨缺乏产业支撑而脱贫难度较大,村寨养老和留守儿童照顾问题突出,少数民族传统文化保护传承遭遇危机。因此,需要从构建回归认同、铺设基础、营造环境等路径解决现实问题,引导返乡就业大学生和农民为主体的“城归”人口兴村。
The revitalization of border villages is of great significance in the strategy of rural revitalization in China.The loss of village elite and people has become a practical problem of rural revitalization in border villages,which is manifested in the absence or collective aphasia of border people in the practice of rural revitalization,the difficulty of getting rid of poverty because the village lacks industrial support,the problems of village old-age care and the care of children left behind,and the crisis of the protection and inheritance of traditional culture of ethnics.Based on the problems,the article holds that the“urban return”population with returning college students and farmers as the main body should become an important force to help the rural revitalization.To guide the“urban return”to the village,we need to solve the practical problems from the path of constructing the return identity,laying the foundation and creating the environment.
