摘要
自2014年上海市开始实施职业教育中本贯通培养模式试点以来,首批试点学生已于2017年秋季进入本科院校学习。总结与反思这批学生在本科阶段的培养方式特点及综合素质水平有利于进一步推进和完善试点培养模式。基于中本贯通培养模式下学生质量评价指标体系,以上海应用技术大学和上海第二工业大学为例,对比分析中本贯通班的课程设置和学生成绩。发现其课程重视德育、注重专业基础知识拓展,并能根据不同教学对象调整培养重点及深度,与相同专业的普通本科培养模式相比更能呼应生源特点。但过程中仍存在课程设置不连贯、考评侧重点不明显、学生综合素质发展不平衡等问题,亟待通过完善课程衔接性、建立配套的考核评价体系、提高课程内容针对性等措施予以改进。
Since Shanghai began to implement the pilot model of continuity training in vocational education in 2014,the first batch of pilot students has entered undergraduate colleges in the fall of 2017.To summarize and reflect on the characteristics of the cultivation methods and comprehensive quality level of these students in the undergraduate stage is conducive to further promoting and perfecting the pilot training model.Based on the student quality evaluation index system under the model of connection between secondary vocational education and undergraduate-level higher education,Shanghai Institute of Technology and Shanghai Second Polytechnic University were taken as examples to carry out contrastive analysis about the course setting and student achievements of continuity training classes.It is found that its curricula emphasize the moral education and the expansion of professional basic knowledge,and can adjust the training focus and depth according to different teaching objects.Compared with the ordinary undergraduate training model of the same major,it can better correspond the characteristics of student source.However,there are still problems in the course,such as inconsistent curriculum setting,unclear assessment focus,and imbalanced development of students'comprehensive qualities.It is urgent to improve the course cohesion,establish a supporting assessment system,and improve the pertinence of course content.
