摘要
文章基于"职业带理论",以应用型人才培养为目标,从高职的角度出发,探讨在新的经济形势下技术型人才与工程型人才衔接的人才培养模式。针对应用型人才的培养从结构上应进行顶层设计;战略上应形成校—企—校三方人才培养联盟,形成产教融合;专业建设上实现专业结构优化,与产业行业相对接;总体上体现"应用"为导向的创新型人才培养模式;加强人才培养模式研究,为高职专科—应用本科人才衔接提供理论支撑。
This paper discussed applied talent cultivation mode of linking higher technical college with high vocational college for practical talent training under the new economic situation based on occupational spectrum theory. It proposed a general practical-oriented innovative talent cultivation mode, which includes top-level design on talent education structure, constructing a strategic education ally among college, enterprise and undergraduate university to fuse industry with education; modifying major structure to link with industry by specialty construction. It is of great importance to study talent cultivation mode on occupational spectrum theory perspective, which can provide theoretical support on linking higher vocational colleges to applied undergraduate adult education.
