摘要
护理绩效薪酬体系在我国医院发展历程中经历了诸多变革。文章结合护理学科发展,对不同政策背景和医院发展进程下的四大类护理绩效薪酬体系进行研究,并对其利弊进行了详细的阐述,提出如何设计一种顺应时代发展阶段、符合政策导向,适合医院发展的护理绩效管理方法。
The nursing salary system has undergone many changes with the development of hospitals in China.Four categories of nursing salary system built under different policy backgrounds in the process of hospital development will be introduced in this article.The development of nursing discipline will be reviewed in detail as well.A nursing salary system following the development of innovation will be presented.
