神经内科护理绩效量化考核的实施方法与效果探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨神经内科护理绩效量化考核的实施方法与效果。方法选取应城市人民医院2020年1—12月护理人员30名,随机数表法分组,各15名。参照组给予常规护理管理,研究组采取护理绩效量化考核。比较两组护理人员对于神经内科工作环境、职业发展前景、薪资激励、工作排班的满意度,神经内科护理工作质量;护理纠纷发生率。结果研究组满意度高于参照组,神经内科护理工作质量高于参照组,护理纠纷发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核法用于神经内科护理管理中可获得较好的成效,可提高神经内科护理工作质量,减少护理纠纷发生,提高护理人员对于薪资激励和职业规划等的满意度。 Objective To explore the implementation method and effect of quantitative assessment of nursing performance in neurology department.Methods A total of 30 nursing staff from Yingcheng People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected.Grouped by random number table method,each with 15 students.The reference group was given routine nursing management,and the research group was given quantitative assessment of nursing performance.The two groups of nurses were compared in terms of neurology working environment,career development prospects,salary incentives,job scheduling satisfaction,neurology nursing work quality,and the incidence of nursing disputes.Results The satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,the quality of neurological nursing work was higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of nursing disputes was lower than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The performance appraisal method can achieve good results in the nursing management of neurology department.It can improve the quality of neurology nursing work,reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes,and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff with salary incentives and career planning.
