摘要
目的评价量化绩效考核在社区护理工作中的应用价值。方法以该社区20名护理人员作为研究对象,2018年1月—2019年1月应用传统护理管理,作为对照组;2019年2月—2020年2月采取量化绩效考核,作为观察组。就不同时间段下的护理工作质量进行评估。且在量化绩效考核前后,分别选取120例患者,就其对服务的满意度进行评估。同时,对社区护理人员的综合素养进行评估。结果观察组护理工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的理论知识水平与实践操作评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区护理工作中,以量化绩效考核来进行管理,可以提高护理人员的综合素养,保证其护理工作质量,优化患者护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application value of quantitative performance appraisal in community nursing work.Methods Twenty nursing staff in the community were taken as the research objects.From January 2018 to January 2019,traditional nursing management was applied as a control group;from February 2019 to February 2020,quantitative performance assessment was used as the observation group.Assess the quality of nursing work over different time periods.And before and after quantitative performance appraisal,120 patients were selected to evaluate their satisfaction with the service.At the same time,the comprehensive quality of community nursing staff was evaluated.Results The nursing work quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge level and practical operation scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In community nursing work,quantitative performance appraisal is used for management,which can improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff.It is worthy of promotion to ensure the quality of its nursing work and optimize patients'satisfaction with nursing.
