摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种新发传染病,传播性强,人群普遍易感,已迅速传播至全国和全球部分国家。疫情爆发期间,基层医疗卫生机构担负着主动监测、筛查和随访等大量复杂繁重的工作,服务人群广泛和服务场所不固定,一线医务人员面临职业暴露及感染的机率高于一般人群。为实现基层一线医务人员科学精准防护新型冠状病毒肺炎暴露感染,由四川省社区卫生协会发起并组织专家共计58名,系统检索国际国内最新文件规范及研究成果,并结合社区疫情防护经验和实际情况,经过3次专家意见征求最后达成共识,形成疫情下基层一线医务人员暴露风险分级及分级防护建议,从而减少或消除职业暴露风险。
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),a newly infectious disease that appeared in December 2019,has rapidly spread across China and to many countries globally.During COVID-19 outbreak,the primary care system has taken actions including active monitoring and screening as well as following up.Since community-based professionals serve for a large population in different workplaces,they are at higher risk of occupational exposure than the general population.To achieve the scientific protection of health professionals against COVID-19 in primary care,the Sichuan Community Health Association recommended and initiated to develop experts'consensus.The recommendation was formed based on the guidelines from National Healthy Committees and World Health Organization,the latest research papers on and current knowledge of COVID-19 in primary care.After three rounds of expert consultation for the final consensus,the present recommendation defines the classification of exposure risks and degrees of protection measures against COVID-19 infection,which aims to reduce and eventually eliminate the occupational exposure risk in practice.
