摘要
目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间,四川省居家隔离各高校应届本科毕业生的心理状况,为特殊时期应届本科毕业生心理压力疏导提供指导依据。方法2020年2月27至3月1日,采用问卷星的调查方式,由符合条件的本科应届毕业生在线填写一般资料及状态焦虑量表(S-AI)、本科毕业生就业压力问卷,采用SPSS分析方法,分析新型冠状病毒肺炎对应届本科毕业生的心理影响。结果①255名毕业生状态焦虑评分远高常模评分P<0.05。②女毕业生就业心态自评、就业竞争形势评估、求职挫折评估、就业压力全量表评分高于男毕业生P<0.05;女毕业生与男毕业生就业竞争力自我评价、就业帮助渠道评估、状态焦虑评分比较无差异P>0.05。③农村及乡镇毕业生就业竞争力自我评价评分高于城市毕业生P<0.05;城市与农村及乡镇毕业生就业心态自评、就业竞争形势评估、就业帮助渠道评估、求职挫折评估、就业压力全量表、状态焦虑评分比较无差异P>0.05。④非独生子女毕业生就业竞争力自我评价、就业心态自评、就业竞争形势评估、就业帮助渠道评估、就业压力全量表评分高于独生子女毕业生P<0.05;非独生子女及独生子女毕业生求职挫折评估、状态焦虑比较无差异P>0.05。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间对各高校应届本科毕业生心理压力状况造成一定影响,国家、社会、家庭、个人应该共同关注,帮助应届本科毕业生正确面对特殊时期,保证应届本科毕业生心理健康发展。
Objective To understand psychological status of fresh graduates from various colleges and universities in Sichuan during Covid 19 epidemic,and provide intervention measures for psychological stress relief of fresh graduates in special periods.Methods The paper filled in General Information and State Anxiety Inventory(S-AI)and undergraduate employment stress questionnaire online with questionnaire survey method from February 27 to March 1,2020.The paper analyzed psychological impact of corresponding undergraduates during Covide 19 epidemic with SPSS analysis method.Results①255 graduates had much higher ecological anxiety scores than norm scores,P<0.05.②Self-evaluation of employment mentality,employment competition situation,job frustration,and employment pressure of Female graduates were higher than male graduates P<0.05;employment competitiveness self-evaluation,employment assistance channel evaluation showed no difference in state anxiety scores between female and male graduates,P>0.05.③Self-evaluation scores of employment competitiveness of rural and township graduates was higher than urban graduates,P<0.05;self-evaluation of employment mentality,employment competition situation evaluation,employment assistance channel evaluation,job frustration evaluation,and employment pressure,state anxiety scores of urban and rural and township graduates showed no difference,P>0.05.④Self-evaluation of employment mentality,employment competition situation evaluation,employment assistance channel evaluation,and employment pressure full scale scores of non-only-child graduates were higher than only-child graduates,P<0.05;non-only-child and only-child graduates showed no difference in job search frustration assessment and state anxiety,P>0.05.Conclusion Covid 19 epidemic has had some certain impact on psychological pressure of fresh graduates in universities.The government,society,family,and individuals should pay attention to it,help them face special period correctly and ensure psychological health growth of fresh graduates.
