摘要
目的通过总结新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情世界性大流行以来,马里维和任务区中国二级医院所采取的一系列疫情防控措施,为海外维和部队应对经空气传播传染病暴发提供借鉴。方法根据国家卫生健康委员会COVID-19疫情防护相关指南,结合维和二级医院实际条件和任务特点,归纳总结在外事对策、院区改造、接诊流程、战伤救治、疑似患者诊疗和队内人员管理等方面的做法和措施。结果自马里首例COVID-19患者确诊之后,截至2020年7月6日,二级医院共收治门诊患者159例,急诊患者47例,批量伤员8名,实施手术9例,口腔诊疗56例,超声检查39人次,X线检查63人次,检验1658项,执行空运后送任务17次,其中接诊COVID-19确诊病例19例,疑似病例14例,所有患者及伤员均得到有效救治,分队人员实现零感染。结论中国二级医院所采取的措施有效保障了疫情时期医务人员和伤病员的安全,保持了遂行任务能力,为维和任务区COVID-19疫情防控提供了有力支撑,可供海外卫勤力量发展借鉴与参考。
Objective To summarize the multiple countermeasures against coronavirus diesease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic that the CHN level 2(L2)hospital has undertaken,and provide reference for overseas troops about how to prevent the outbreak of airborne infectious diseases. Methods The measures were illustrated and summarized in line with the field mission and reality in the L2 hospital. Results Since the first case of COVID-19 in Mali was confirmed,the Chinese L2 hospital admitted 159 outpatients and 47 emergency cases,saved 8 wounded persons through mass casualty management,performed 9 surgical operations and 56 dental treatments,completed 39 ultra-sound and 63 X-ray examinations and 1658 laboratory tests,and accomplished 17 aero medical evacuation missions. During this period,19 confirmed and 14 suspected cases of COVID-19 were admitted,all of whom were cured with no medical personnel infected. Conclusion In the course of epidemic prevention within United Nations Multi-Dimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mail(MINUSMA)troops,the measures we have taken have ensured the safety and operational capability of CHN L2. The practices and methods set a good model for overseas medical logistic forces in similar situations.
