摘要
导师制的理念起源于英国,在经历了几个阶段的发展历程后,成为了高等教育人才培养中的重要环节。近年来,国内众多本科高校开始尝试实施本科生导师制,以期适应新时期的应用型人才培养模式。与高等教育相对发达的西方国家相比,本科生导师制在我国依然处于探索阶段。梳理了本科生导师制的发展历程,结合国内高校本科生导师制实施中出现的问题和不足,为本科生导师制的有效实施提供可行性建议,为新时期应用型人才培养助力。
The concept of tutorial system is originated in the UK and has become a crucial chain in the process of cultivation of talents over several stages of development.In recent years,multiple universities in China have started the practice of tutorial system for undergraduates in order to better adjust to the cultivation mode of applied talents in the new era.Compared with western countries,tutorial system for undergraduates is still in its exploration stage.Through the analysis of development of tutorial system for undergraduates in China and the problems that have occurred during the process of its application,it will be possible to come to suggestions for the effective practice of the system and contribute to the quality of cultivation of applied talents.
