摘要
该文从完善培养机制、优化课程体系、推行本科生导师制、加大国际交流、完善考核分流和健全奖助体系等方面构建“控制科学与工程”学科“3+1+2本-硕”贯通人才培养模式,能有效衔接本科生教育和研究生教育,优化人才培养体系,为推动我国高校创新教育和人才培养提供一些有益参考。
In this article,from the aspects of perfecting the training mechanism,optimizing the curriculum system,implementing the undergraduate tutorial system,increasing the international exchange,improving the assessment flow,perfecting the grant system and so on,a"3+1+2 undergraduate-master"talent training mode is constructed for the Control Science and Engineering discipline,which can effectively connect the undergraduate education and graduate education,optimize the talent training system.This article provides some useful references for promoting innovative education and talent training in the universities and colleges of China.
