摘要
大学阶段是人生中联结校园与未来社会的一个关键转折点,也是从基础教育迈进高等教育的重要里程碑。对于大学新生来说,首先面临的挑战便是适应大学的学习和生活环境,在大学生学习指导工作中,只有提高学生的学习适应能力,才能帮助学生在大学学习环境中得到自由发展,达到学业成功。中美高校学习适应指导工作存在起始时间、参与力量、指导内容和方法等不同方面的异同,通过实践研究,学习适应指导工作可归纳为学习动机、学习态度、学习习惯、学习方法等培养要素。
The university stage is a key conjunction point connecting campus and future life in society,and also an important milestone from basic education to higher education.For college freshmen,the first challenge is to adapt to the learning and living environment of the campus.Only by improving the learning adaptability of students can we help them develop freely and achieve academic success in the learning environment of campus.Chinese and American colleges differ in the starting time,participants,guidance contents and methods in the learning adaptation advising and guidance work for undergraduate students.Practice indicates that the learning adaptation advising and guidance work can be summarized into four elements:learning motivation,learning attitude,learning habits,and learning methods.
