摘要
研究退伍复学大学生心理适应问题与对策,需要高校重视学生在角色适应、人际交往、学习生活与择业就业等方面的心理问题。针对具体问题,实施加强适应性教育、增强学生角色认识、发挥朋辈引导作用、精准专业教育帮扶、强化职业规划教育等策略,实现退伍复学大学生心理适应问题的有效解决。
To study the psychological adaptation problems and countermeasures of college students who are returning to school,it is necessary for colleges and universities to pay attention to the psychological problems of students in role adaptation,interpersonal communication,enhance the role of students,and give play to friends.The guiding role of the generation,the assistance of precision professional education,and the strengthening of vocational planning education and other strategies can effectively solve the problem of psychological adaptation of college students who are retired.
