摘要
本文基于克朗伯兹的社会学习理论,分析南京市G大学退役复学大学生群体的职业生涯规划现状,并从“不同的成长环境”“不同的军旅经历”“不同的复学经历”三个方面构建调查问卷。调查研究后,得出退役复学大学生群体的职业生涯规划策略是因为“不同成长背景的自我观察”“军旅生涯的特殊学习经验”和“复学之后的不确定因素”,并提出对策和建议。引导退役复学大学生扩展兴趣和能力、培养职业应变能力,以及发掘偶然事件中的积极因素影响。
This essay examines the current state of career planning for the group of veterans at G University in Nanjing using Krumboltz's social learning theory as a foundation.The three features of"different upbringing,""different military experience,"and"different re-enrollment experience"are used to build a questionnaire in this article.According to the findings of the study,the"various"career planning tactics of the veterans were caused by"self-observation of varied growth backgrounds,""unique learning experiences of the military profession,"and"uncertainties after returning to school."The solutions and recommendations put forth in this essay include encouraging veterans to broaden their interests and skill sets,fostering professional resilience,and using their military experiences to help them learn about opportunities.
