摘要
在多元文化思潮的影响下,做好当代大学生的思想政治教育尤其重要,它既关系到大学生个人的成长,也影响着中国梦的实现。要想做好大学生思想政治工作,首先要有一支理想信念坚定、教学水平高、责任意识强的教师队伍。但是在一些民办院校中,教学重点侧重于专业课教学,对于思想政治教育的重视程度不足,思政课教师队伍的建设相对滞后。从关注思政课教师成长、创新人才选用机制、制定长效教师队伍建设规划等方面,就如何加快推进民办高校思政课教师队伍建设展开了分析。
Under the influence of multiculturalism,it is especially important to do a good job in ideological and political education of contemporary college students.It is not only related to the personal growth of college students,but also affects the realization of the Chinese dream.To do a good job and strong sense of responsibility.However,in some private colleges and universities,the teaching focus is on specialized courses,and insufficient attention is paid to ideological and political education.The construction of the ideological and political course teachers is relatively lagging behind.This paper analyzes how to speed up the construction of ideological and political course teachers in private colleges and universities from the following aspects:paying attention to the growth of ideological and political course teachers,innovating the talent selection mechanism,and making a longterm plan for the construction of teachers.
