摘要 高校思政课教师具备良好的政治素质,是培育具有担当精神的时代新人的必然要求,是高校思政课德育工作的根本任务,也是高校思政课的本质特征。高校的思政课教师要具备理想信念和政治立场,深厚的马克思主义理论素养,高尚的政治品格,强劲的政治敏锐力和政治执行力,在内在修养和外在塑造上下功夫,以理论学习、教学实践、政治培训、实践研修和制度体系建设为核心,提高政治素养。“大思政课”理念的提出为高校思政课教师提升马克思主义理论素养指明了方向,本文将通过“大思政课”视域,对高校思政课教师提升马克思主义理论素养的现实路径进行探究。 Good political quality of teachers of Civics and Political Science in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for cultivating new men of the times with a spirit of commitment, a fundamental task of moral education in Civics and Political Science courses in colleges and universities, and also an essential feature of Civics and Political Science courses in colleges and universities. Teachers of Civics and Politics courses in colleges and universities should have ideal beliefs and political standpoints, profound Marxist theoretical literacy, noble political character, strong political acumen and political execution, make efforts on inner cultivation and outer shaping, and improve political literacy by focusing on theoretical learning, teaching practice, political training, practical training and institutional system construction. The concept of “big ideology and politics class” has pointed out the direction for the teachers of ideology and politics class to improve their Marxist theoretical literacy, and this paper will explore the realistic path for the teachers of ideology and politics class to improve their Marxist theoretical literacy through the perspective of “big ideology and politics class”.
