摘要
由于点击化学其本身反应的优越性,近几年在各个领域都得到了很大的发展和应用。文章首先对点击化学进行了简述,对点击化学的概况、特点及主要的反应类型和原理进行了介绍;其次,对点击化学在食品分析检测中的应用进行了介绍;最后,提出了一些目前在点击化学应用中存在的问题,并展望了点击化学反应发展的前景。
Because click chemistry has its own advantages,it has been greatly developed and applied in various fields in recent years.Firstly,click chemistry is briefly introduced,including its general situation,characteristics,main reaction types and principles.Secondly,the application of click chemistry in food analysis and detection is introduced.Finally,some existing problems in the application of click chemistry are put forward,and the development prospect of click chemistry reaction is looked forward.
