摘要
建立了食品添加剂柠檬酸钾主含量的快速测定方法。称取一定量干燥后的样品于干燥的滴定杯中,加入40mL冰乙酸,使用全自动电位滴定仪,利用非水相酸碱滴定等电点处高氯酸的消耗量计算得到食品添加剂柠檬酸钾的主含量。实验结果表明:该方法滴定结果与国家标准中分析方法结果一致,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.05%~0.07%之间。与传统指示剂法相比,该方法具有准确度高、精密度好、操作简单、滴定过程中无试剂挥发、绿色环保等优点。
A method has been established for the determination of the content of potassium citrate by potentiometric titration method.Weigh a certain amount of dried sample in a dry titration cup,add40 mL glacial acetic acid,using a fully automatic potentiometric titrator,the main content of potassium citrate in food additive is calculated by using the consumption of perchloric acid in non-aqueous acid base titration.The experimental results show that the titration results of the method are consistent with those of the national standard.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method is between0.05% and 0.07%.Compared with the traditional indicator method,this method has the advantages of high accuracy,good precision,simple operation,non-reagent evaporation in the titration process,and environmental protection.
