摘要
高校大型仪器设备是从事教学、科学研究、科技创新、社会服务的物质基础和重要保障,是体现高校办学实力和教学科研环境条件的重要标志之一,也是培养新时期高素质创新人才的重要平台。这些年来,随着我国经济的快速增长,国家对高等教育的投入不断加大,各高校都相继购置了大量教学科研所需的大型仪器设备。然而,面对这些大型仪器设备的数量种类以及原值的不断增加和攀升,如何才能做到科学、规范、高效地利用与管理,全面实现资源开放共享,切实发挥实验室功能的最大功效,是当前高校大型仪器设备管理工作中面临和需要解决的重要问题。对当前高校仪器设备管理现状以及存在问题进行了初步的归纳和梳理,并提出相应的改进措施和建议。
Large-scale equipment in college is not only the material base and important guarantee for teaching,scientific research,technological innovation and social services,but also an important symbol of the strength of running a college and the conditions of teaching and scientific research.It is also an important platform for training high-quality innovative talents in the new era.At present,as the rapid growth of China's economy and the increasing investment in higher education,most colleges have purchased a large number of large-scale instruments.However,in the face of the number of large-scale instruments,there are still several important problems that needs to be solved.For example,the way to use and manage them scientifically,standardize and efficiently;to fully realize the opening and sharing of resources,and to make the best use of the function of the laboratory.In this paper,we summarized the current status and problems in the management of instruments in universities,and proposed the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions.We share and discuss these issues with readers.
